All merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of the order is received for a store credit or if returned within 14 days a full refund back to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unaltered.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge. All sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. Exchanges can be made if inventory is available. Skull House Designs has the right to refuse any refund. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
