We hope you love your Skull House pieces, but we understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work out.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date your order was delivered and will be issued as store credit only. At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. We kindly ask that returned items be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, damage, or other signs of wear.

FINAL SALE

All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We carefully inspect all returns once they arrive. Items that show signs of wear, washing, use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for store credit.

To help us process your return, please make sure it arrives within the 14-day return window. Unfortunately, returns received outside of this window cannot be accepted or sent back to the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Skull House cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit back to us.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the eligible returned merchandise. Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to our facility.
